With over 20 years experience in HR and management development, Sandra has become the advisor businesses, CEOs and managers turn to for advice on developing the leadership capability and people management skills within their organisations to improve business performance.
She has trained over a 1000 leaders and is passionate about helping organizations and people achieve their potential to reach higher levels of performance and satisfaction in their roles.
With a background in large, complex projects, Cameron has managed both large and small teams in uniquely different industries. An ideal proving ground for our Director of Operations, these projects saw Cameron experience the challenges and satisfaction of getting people to perform at their best.
When Cameron is not in the office, he is somewhere in the great outdoors. 🙂
Hayden has a wide range of people-management experience across Commercial Finance, Events and Hospitality industries.
His previous role of regional manager with a major hospitality group experiencing unprecedented growth in the industry, saw him learn that being a manager was all about results and he could only get results through people. His passion for sharing this knowledge saw many of the 24 managers in his team become award-winners for profitability, growth and for driving culture in their respective teams.
Kerry’s qualifications are in training and education and she has held leadership roles in small to medium businesses across a variety of industries for over 20 years.
Her achievements include building a team from infancy to an award winning branch of over 65 team members.
Eleanor Hayman is a Senior Leadership Consultant, passionate about the growth and development of organisations and individuals.
She is known for her ability in swiftly getting to the heart of the issue and creating pragmatic, tailored solutions. Her combination of expert communication skills, genuine care and support, and ability to hold others accountable assures results.
Carol is a senior human resources consultant with a wealth of experience across the private, public and non-for-profit sectors. This extensive experience across different sectors and organisational types enables her to bring best practice concepts and solutions to her clients and their needs. Carol’s qualifications include a Master of Business (Employment Relations) from the University of Technology Sydney.
Elana Kohn specialises in leadership, management, and team development and has 20+ years of experience in organisational development. This extensive experience includes senior management roles, and HR /Learning and Development Manager roles within large companies, as well as consulting to a wide range of organisations and industry sectors.
Mel has over 20 years experience as a HR and organisational development professional. Having worked across multiple industries within the public and private sector, Mel has helped individuals, teams and leaders to develop capability and improve performance, driving organisational and cultural change initiatives in the process.
This extensive experience has cemented her belief that people are the key to an organisation’s success.
Tracey has broad ranging experience in local government administration, event management, marketing and business development. This diverse range of roles has given Tracey a unique skill base and a breadth of exposure to a range of leadership and management approaches.
Tracey is valued for her ability to organize, provide valuable insight and her commitment to helping others.
Evie has over 20 years experience in developing and leading teams across a range of medium to large corporate businesses, in industries including IT, Finance, Sales, and Recruitment.
Her qualifications in coaching saw Evie being recognised for coaching and re-skilling Managers in a National Financial Institution undergoing systems transition. The outcomes of the project included better customer service ratings, improved team communication, and an overall performance uplift exceeding targets.
