Hayden has a wide range of people-management experience across Commercial Finance, Events and Hospitality industries.
His previous role of regional manager with a major hospitality group experiencing unprecedented growth in the industry, saw him learn that being a manager was all about results and he could only get results through people. He became passionate about sharing this knowledge and of the 24 managers in his team, many were award-winners for profitability, growth and for driving culture in their respective teams.
Hayden joined the Great Managers leadership team in early 2016 and is now motivated by seeing leaders across all sectors and levels experience this same success in their teams and activate their own skills, confidence and opportunities. Hayden is certified in workplace training & assessment.
