Sandra is well known as an expert facilitator, trainer and coach, and for her abilities in developing people to get better results.

She has trained over a 1000 leaders and is passionate about helping organizations and people achieve their potential to reach higher levels of performance and satisfaction in their roles. She is on a mission to increase the skills of as many managers as possible and believes that the more GREAT Managers there are in the world the better our organizations and economies will perform.

Cameron has worked in small-medium businesses for over 20 years. He has held management roles in a variety of industries, which has given him broad exposure to management practices and employee styles.

Having managed teams of 20 and teams of 2, in uniquely different industries, Cameron has experienced the challenges and satisfaction of managing the performance of people with the aim of achieving a common goal. He is passionate about helping managers and businesses succeed through enhancing the performance of their people.

Cameron loves technology, internet marketing and using software to help manage a busy working life and is always looking for ways that we can improve the way we deliver training and the return on investment for our clients.

Hayden Wood
General Manager - Marketing & Business Development

Hayden has a wide range of people-management experience across Commercial Finance, Events and Hospitality industries.

His previous role of regional manager with a major hospitality group experiencing unprecedented growth in the industry, saw him learn that being a manager was all about results and he could only get results through people.  He became passionate about sharing this knowledge and of the 24 managers in his team, many were award-winners for profitability, growth and for driving culture in their respective teams.

Hayden joined the Great Managers leadership team in early 2016 and is now motivated by seeing leaders across all sectors and levels experience this same success in their teams and activate their own skills, confidence and opportunities.  Hayden is certified in workplace training & assessment.

Carol Burton

With more than 20 years’ experience in HR and Organisational Development roles across multiple industries, Carol has experienced the full spectrum when it comes to leadership and people management issues. Well-known brands she has worked with include Accenture, DeLonghi, City of Sydney, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Ipsos and many others.

Carol holds post graduate qualifications in Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management as well as a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and is accredited to deliver and practice Human Synergistics Life Skills Inventory 360, The Leadership Circle 360, the Team Management Profile (TMP) and Executive and Career Coaching.

Carol Lewis is an experienced and senior Coach and HR practitioner with a broad range of skills across the government, not-for-profit and private sectors. She specialises in helping organisations optimise their people talent to build organisational capability. Her philosophy is to work collaboratively with her clients and to tailor solutions to suit the needs of the organisation and ensure that she delivers sustainable, pragmatic outcomes.

Carol has a Masters degree in Business (Employment Relations), Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment and is accredited to deliver and practice the MBTI, CPI and MLQ360 tools.

Elana Kohn specialises in leadership, management, and team development and has 20+ years of experience in organisational development. This extensive experience includes senior management roles, and HR /Learning and Development Manager roles within large companies, as well as consulting to a wide range of organisations and industry sectors.

Elana is an expert facilitator, trainer and coach and has worked with a wide range of clients including financial services, medical devices, mining, franchises, retail, not-for-profit, government organisations and many others. Elana is highly passionate about helping organisations and people to reach their potential through identification of needs, delivery of specific learning solutions, enabling personal and professional growth and measuring success.
